Our properties are within walking distance to downtown and many of the popular local attractions and restaurants.  Located in the heart of the Historic Downtown Area and festival district where something is going on almost every weekend, March through December.

Each unit is equipped with a mini-split heating and air-conditioning unit with remote control.  Individual on-demand hot water heaters in each unit are sized for single-person occupancy.
